Babraham
This group of derelict barns were restored and converted to form 3 houses. Much repair of the timber frame was undertaken using sympathetic materials and a high standard of craftsmanship. The conversion still retains some of the dramatic spaces and volumes.

Comberton
Our extensive consultations with the local conservation team led to permission for the replacement of unsympathetic extensions to this early C17 Listed timber framed house with a substantial new two storey rear wing. We also received consent for an oak frame reconstruction of a previously demolished bay, together with a new garden room and the formation of a walled courtyard garden.
