We resisted planning policy for a high density scheme on this large site, and obtained Planning Permission for two substantial houses in an attractive courtyard arrangement.

New House in Peakirk
Our design for a new house next to a Listed Building reflected its massing, vocabulary and materials whilst remaining subservient, and our perspective views proved that the new property would not detract from its view: Permission was granted.

Seven Houses in Upwood
The nearby Grade I Listed church made the design and presentation of a development of new-build and barn conversions particularly sensitive. Our aerial view demonstrated how the properties would blend into their surroundings: Planning Permission was granted.
