A derelict railway station and hotel are being renovated and extended to form flats.
The new-build element forms a courtyard arrangement with the existing buildings and reflects their scale, massing, whilst being of a contemporary appearance.
Part of the refurbishment of the original station building includes the creation of a copper clad cupola. The inclusion of this unusual feature has received support from the sales agent.
Our proposals for careful refurbishment of existing buildings resulted in a
Planning Approval for a total of 26 flats. The project is currently under
construction.
