Marina Complex

A disused quarry on the banks of the river Nene was the site for a marina, together with housing, a restaurant, a sports and leisure centre and other associated facilities.

We progressed the project from the feasibility stage and following extensive negotiations with the Planning Authority, Outline Consent was obtained for a substantial scheme in this green belt location.
