Planning permission has been obtained to provide 4,000 sq feet of additional office space.
We achieved a 40% increase in the gross internal area of this building whilst retaining all the existing car parking on this very constrained corner site.
Distribution Centre in Kimbolton
We designed and project managed the construction of a 25,000 square feet packing and distribution centre.
We initially worked with the client to develop their brief - this included our undertaking a detailed analysis of their processes.
Planning permission was obtained and a start on site was imminent when the American owners decided they required a significant enlargement of the building!
We negotiated a rapid agreement with the Planning authority and the contractor to enable the original start date to be met.
