The Planning authority restricted development to single storey - our design succeeded in avoiding the appearance of standard bungalows and planning permission was achieved for a high density scheme of sixteen units.
Fenstanton
This project comprised a sequential development of three new build houses, a facsimile reconstruction of a de-Listed cottage and the remodeling, refurbishment and extension of another Listed cottage.
Benwick
We designed a high density development of seven residential units on a brownfield site on the edge of a fenland village.
Following laborious negotiations with the fenland drainage commissioners, the scheme received considerable support from the planning authority and permission was finally granted.
