Mixed Use Development in East London
This project comprised the re-development of two brownfield sites: one had been used as a bus depot, the other was semi-derelict and used by an asbestos removal company.

The design provided a total of twenty flats, on-site parking and a retail outlet.

Brownfield Site
We explored alternative options for providing a mixed use development on a 3 hectare brownfield site in a sensitive location on the rural edge of a small town. Various mixes of housing types with densities varying between 40 and 60 dwellings per hectare were considered, prior to the landowner entering into negotiations with a social housing provider.
