Existing Marina
A long-established large inland marina had in recent years suffered from a piecemeal approach to its development. The new manager called us in to provide alternative approaches to achieving his medium and long-term strategies for the business. We worked with him in helping to refine his plans and obtain financial backing for expansion.

New Marina
We obtained planning permission for the re-development of a former quarry to a marina with holiday accommodation. We then worked with the subsequent owner to explore alternative ways of expanding the tourism uses for the site.
