Maltings
A large maltings was the subject of a study to consider future uses that would justify the significant expenditure required for its restoration. We considered various options which would give the site long-term viability and make best use of the impressive structures and spaces.

Offices for Insurance Company
New offices were constructed with energy conservation being a key element of the design. Solar control features and passive stack ventilation were employed to avoid the need for mechanical cooling.

The 20,000 square feet of accommodation was designed with a flexible layout to allow for sub-division of the spaces and services.
