Listed Barns in Spaldwick
We worked closely with the developer and conservation officer to obtain planning & listed building consent to convert and rebuild derelict barns to provide 3 houses. Much care was required to retain as much of the original fabric as possible.


Listed Townhouse in Huntingdon
Planning and Listed building permission was obtained for the conversion and extension of a Grade II Listed townhouse which was in a poor state of repair.

We worked closely with the conservation authority and undertook extensive repairs, including re-slating and re-leading the roof, restoration of the timber framed rear wing and restoring the stonework.
