Listed Barns in Spaldwick
We worked closely with the developer and conservation officer to obtain planning & listed building consent to convert and rebuild derelict barns to provide 3 houses.


Listed Townhouse in Huntingdon
Planning and Listed building permission was obtained for the conversion and extension of a Grade II Listed townhouse to form six flats and mews cottages.

The property needed extensive repairs: our close liaison with the conservation authority ensured minimal delay when older historic fabric was discovered during building works.

Permission was also granted for ten flats in the extensive garden.
