AnalysisWe can explore our clients needs - including, an appraisal of their current premises. We then explore with our clients alternative strategies to solve those needs, regardless of whether an architect will eventually be required.
Although some clients provide sufficiently detailed briefing information, we often work with our clients to formulate a comprehensive brief for their project.
Feasibility Studies
After the briefing stage, we produce alternative approaches in outline design for clients to consider. We also consult the Planning Authority and prepare budget costings.
Detailed Design
Following the feasibility stage we work with clients, to develop a design which incorporates the briefs' detailed requirements. We can also negotiate with the Local Authority to obtain Planning permission.
Computer Fly-throughs
Our 3D computer system can produce fly-throughs. These can be used to illustrate the project both to our clients and to third parties.
Working drawings and procurement
We prepare detailed drawings and specifications for construction purposes, and advise on tendering or other methods of procurement.
Contract Administration
We administer the building contract and carry out site inspections. Our aim is to 'handover' the building to the right quality, on time and within budget.
